My first introduction to Authentic was through my wife.

She spent 42 years in the building supply industry and she recommended the company when I wanted to come out of retirement.

After 42 years with one of the biggest wholesale  suppliers of building products in the city, she probably knows
more about the quality and integrity of the people and companies in Birmingham than anyone.

She told me of the personal integrity and interactions with Authentic and said I might want to check them out.

As a real estate broker for about 20 years I had to deal with roofers in about 5% of my listings when they needed a new roof in order to sell.

As a real estate instructor for local companies and 2 junior colleges, I had written and taught a course on the questions to ask when building, buying or selling.  ( available upon request).

I Interviewed  and applied all of the questions  I had listed in my real estate course.

I found the company to be truly professional and caring people.

The owner has a background in mechanical engineering and runs the company with the precision you would expect from someone with that background.

The staff is professional and experienced.

When they visit homes they are informative and courteous.

The roof is a high quality job starting with synthetic fiber that is not often used in Alabama.
Unlike tar paper which is more commonly used, it will not tare.

There are several factors that I found that separate Authentic from others.

There are many good insurance adjusters in the area and we have a good working relationship with them.

We give you an objective evaluation of your situation and if we feel it warrants it. we will help you file a claim and
represent you in the claim process by preparing a report using the same software that is popular with the insurance companies.

We will then meet the adjuster on the premises and assist them in their evaluation, whether it is by holding the
ladder and rope or providing pictures.
