1-The house to the left can be a basic starter home with one bedroom and one bath.
It can be built of metal roof AND metal siding for about $59 s/f. When you can afford it, you can add on "wings"as seen in house 3, 4 & 5 below.
2-This house has the basic "footprint" of house one with 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs.
The flat roof porch on 2 is less expensive than on one and with metal can be added later if budget requires.
A decorative cornace ( little fence as in house 6 ) around the porch gives it a more expensive look.
3- With a metal shell you can have any floor plan and adjust as needed. House number 3 has a basic floor plan with wings ( 2 additional bedrooms and bath) which can be added later.
With a metal shell, one simply "unscrews" some walls and open the house up for additions to be added.
4-This a cape cod with one wing that can be added later, based on budget. House 5 is a basic cape cod with 2 additional wings on the right and one on the
left.
5- All 5 of these houses can start with a basic core and add on rather than going into such big debt.
Financing can be done on each unit.
